Image cropping issue on Android TV client

It's probably bad DV metadata. I'm guessing it's a Hybrid (DV and HDR10+). Try to fix the cropping values mentioned in this thread: https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-dark-bars-o...7#pid52577

Thanks for your reply. I've been trying the suggested method, but I just can't get it to work.

When I load my MKV into FileInfo, press 'C' to check for errors, and then 'S' to fix them, I get the following error:


I've also tried running it as an Administrator, but when I do, Windows prevents me from dragging and dropping the MKV file into the FileInfo window.
I'm pretty stuck here.
