Several videos have English cover images, even though the Portuguese version is available on tmdb.
My library is already configured to prefer metadata in Brazilian Portuguese.
The problematic film's description and logo are in Portuguese, except for the cover image.
Other films are in Portuguese correctly.
Even after forcing a metadata update and replacing the image, the English version continues to appear.
