Webhook plugin not sending correct information or sometimes no information at all

Just to add I've discovered that even though the Session Start doesn't send time and date properly, the User Password Change DOES send it correctly.

For example you can see in my original post how the Session Start data gets sent. But here is how the User Password Change data is sent: https://imgur.com/a/TCbF7vy

So I don't know why one is proper and one is broken?
