OSMC (Kodi) on the Vero V is the best I have found in the 2 years I have been using Jellyfin. Full audio passthrough and Dolby Vision / HDR10+ support.
Otherwise LibreELEC (Kodi) on a Raspberry Pi 5, or 4. Just no HDR10+ or DV, you do get HDR10 though.
Both of the above with the Jellyfin for Kodi plugin running in default add on mode. Cache under services tweaked to allow for slower or unreliable connections as well as the HTTP/Curl enhancements to the config here:

Outside of the above, its the official Jellyfin for Android TV app on either a firestick or Nvidia shield Pro (which is starting to show its age). I do also have a good experience playing using the official app on my Sony Bravia A80L. The official Jellyfin android TV app has come on a long way in 2 years.
