Does anyone know if this will be fixed in 10.11?

The issue has been ongoing for about 18 months (at least) and doesn't appear to be a priority so it's anyone's guess as to when it might be fixed.

If anyone is in the UK and is interested in a temporary fix, I found this on github.   It's especially handy if you're running Jellyfin on a Synology device because nothing else works.

It's not mine but it gives you 3 days of full EPG data, including images and thumbnails.   You can use the DVR features and record things manually but series linking beyond those 3 days doesn't work.

Hey, I appreciate the reply but XMLTV isn't an option for Synology devices and epg_collector just isn't an option full stop, at least for me.

For myself, I don't need it as I've fixed the issue.  I get a full week's EPG with logos, thumbnails and program graphics and the DVR works as well with series linking and no need for Schedules Direct at all.

That might be useful for someone else with a Synology device looking for a solution though.
