you need to run a reverse proxy to be a little secure but the quickest is to add an A record on your domain to your home ip and port forward jellyfin on router. However since most of all us have a dynamic ip from our ISP it will eventually change and that is why most are using such things as duckdns so when their ip updates it changes it. Most routers have dynamic dns and that may help as the router does the ip push.
