Fatal error on SDR Content

Hello,
I need some assistance with an issue I'm experiencing in Jellyfin.

When I try to play SDR content, I receive error messages.

Based on the logs, it seems related to AV1 encoding, but the option "Allow encoding in AV1 format" is already unchecked.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this problem?

The processor model is a i3-12100T
Jellyfin version: 10.10.7
