    Jellyfin Not Starting

    I tried installing the latest 10.10.7 on a pc I just built this weekend. Everytime it trys to start I get an error message "could not start jellyfin server process after the specified wait period. you can find server log at: C:\ProgramData\Jellyfin\Server\log". 

    Things I have tried: 
    Starting with administrative rights
    Restarting the pc
    Uninstalling and reinstalling Jellyfin
    Uninstalling and reinstalling a clean copy of windows 11
    Deleting all files from the config folder


    None of the above will fix the issue. Any help is greatly appreciated. Will post log data when I figure out how to upload it. Thanks
