I have noticed the same and I work a lot with these mixed folders (for example "Media/Netflix Collection/Shows/1899 (2022)/Season 1/". Everything in the "Shows" folder now appears under a single TV show where the individual shows are now seasons, so this particular one is now "Season 1899", "3 Body Problem (2024)" is now "Season 3" etc. Completely broke my entire library. I've tried it with a completely fresh config and it's the same. I'll be going back to 10.10.7 for now and hope this gets fixed soon, seems to be a great update otherwise.
