It’s unlikely to take that long, but the only reason I knew it closed was I had task manager open. The longest part seemed fo take 20ish mins for me. If it closes it seems the only real thing to do it revert to your backup and go back to 10.10.7. But if you do just leave it over night if it’s running and you can get in it’s probably fine, if it’s not it failed. For myself I’m going to try once more at the weekend and if it fails again I’ll wait for 10.11.1. Couldn’t see anything in the logs, it just stopped running - and continued to do so
