Stuck on jellyfin logo

Tizen build 10.11.0 installed but stuck on logo screen

Pardon my ignorance, but how do I do that on my tv?
But I forgot to mention that I completely reset my tv too in hopes of that fixing it, meaning that it shouldn't have any remainders of unwanted configuration files or other stuff.
