SOLVED: HTTPS | Caddy | Only 5mbps for remote connections?

I've resolved the problem after finding this post:

Do you mind sharing what exactly solved it? I don't have any bitrate limits set in Jellyfin's remote streaming settings yet I get abysmal streaming and downloading speeds over HTTPS. This somehow doesn't happen when I directly access the port using Tailscale, and even over Tailscale serve. I am using the Caddy Tailscale plugin which creates an isolated node because it enables me to share services to other users outside my tailnet; I don't know if that's the issue. I can't port forward due to the network being on CG-NAT.
