I found the issue, I had to do a meta scan for each of my folders (movies, tv, etc) and update the images. Im gonna add a request option for the backup to be able to restore on a new system, not just current one.

From the docs:
The backup and restore system can only restore systems on which the backup was originally made, so this is not a tool to migrate from other OS's or 3rd party containers.
So the new pc is running the exact same OS?
(I'm assuming the new pc is now running 10.11.0 also)
It's my understating that some of the plugins that get the metadata are not working right now. It looks like your issue, what do your logs state?
