Hi. I have the same problems. Movies and Series workes fine. But Homevideos are not useable. My Structure is: homevideos -> homevideos -> folder 1/2/3/4 etc. I get to the first folder homevideos, but not to the folder 1/2/3/ etc. Also after 2h there are no folders. When i search for certain clips, i find them without problems. The reason i have this strange structure is because otherwise i can´t use the option shuffle. It will not work. But only in Homevideos. Shuffle works fine in Movies for example. Everthing worked fine bevore the Update to 10.11.0 (former Version i had was 10.10.7)
EDIT: I tried the same with only 10 clips. 2 in each folder. It worked, but still takes a lot of time. Several minutes. But it doesn´t work with about 3000 handyclips.
