Also full library scan runs quite easily to ~95% and slows down very much to a hold but finishes after quite a while, responsiveness does not change though.
Also what's weired: I read in changelogs to disable plugins. Now when i try to deactive them, they prompt me with restart, but stay activated after app restart.
As for my plugins:
i cannot deactivate them, as i toggle them to inactive it prompts me with restart and after restart they are active again.
