Can you also reproduce the same freezing behaviour by spam seeking until it occurs? It usually takes me a couple of minutes of seeking really fast, check every 10 seconds to see if playback is frozen.
Can you also provide some details on how you are running Jellyfin? e.g. OS, docker/native, if docker can you provide your docker compose file?
I have some suspicions regarding the cause of the issue but it's difficult to confirm since my reproduction method can be unreliable at times. I am curious to see what commonalities we have in regards to our setup.
