There are no changes to Linux AMF between versions 10.10 and 10.11. Furthermore, your jellyfin-ffmpeg version is outdated.

We do not recommend using AMF on Linux. It is not actively tested or maintained. AMD has also ended support for AMF on Linux and recommends users use VAAPI instead.
