SOLVED: [EDIT] [10.11.1] update - No chapters anymore in movies/series episodes

Since updating to [10.11.1] all library items from before the upgrade have lost their chapters.

Since updating I have had the same issue with my entire collection; no chapter markers in movies or tv shows. The only exception is for media I've added to my collection after the update. Chapter markers are still present and functional when opening the source files in VLC.
