If it's like Tom & Jerry was for me, you would name the folder "Looney Tunes [tvdbid-72514]"
Then for each year (season) you make a folder
Beanstalk Bunny goes in "S1955" and the file name is S1955E04.mkv for example
You can find all the episodes here, when you're done naming them & putting them in folders, it should identify as Looney Tunes
