Washed out Colors of HDR

Thanks for the response. I tried enabling it before and it always gave me a fatal playback, so I assumed that VPP tone mapping was me enabling tone mapping. I couldn't get just VPP to work, so I installed opencl by adding this to my docker container DOCKER_MODS=linuxserver/mods:jellyfin-opencl-intel and now tonemapping works
