Thanks...branding.xml is exactly the same, so I guess a custom css is not the issue.
I have JF client installed on another miniPC connected to another TV on the LAN and it still has the dashboard just fine. Is there a data/config folder I could copy over from that machine to the miniPC hosting the JF server (that has this glitch) to fix this issue?
I setup JF quite awhile ago and don't relish starting over from scratch with a complete wipe/reinstall. Thanks again.
