Found the culprit, I have a few music video in a dedicated library that have their info in .nfo files because they don't exist in metadata websites. One of this .nfo had 2x same tag for imdb identifier, which apparently created the problem (duplicate key/value item mentioned in the error). Deleting the duplicate tag fixed the issue. As a side note, I definitely tried to skip this library during scanning during my tests, might mean that the option "skip library XYZ" from the plugin doesn't seem to work.
