Upcoming Metadata Issues

Hi just wondering if this is a me problem or if there is an actual bug in latest Jellyfin that's being worked on.
My setup is Jellyfin v10.11.2 installed on Debian 12 Bare Metal Server, nothing special just basic install and basic plugins
on Intel Xeon E5-1650V3 with 128gb ram and 100tb HDD 

for some reason my tv show upcoming info is incorrect, it will have a tv show which i then update and it gets scanned into the library but then in back in upcoming it will still say its missing. I then go to that tv show and look at the episodes and I find that it has for example now episode 4 twice and one is available and the other is missing. So in upcoming it will still say its missing, and I think I have noticed that it only makes a dup of that episode after I have added that show.

Also I notice it tends to now remove some of the show from upcoming after i have added them, which it never used to do in the past versions. not all shows but many of them. Its not a nig issue but its still an issue and just want to make sure i haven't messed anything up with latest major update.

I did a backup before updating and I didn't need to use this backup for recovery as update went smooth and everything scanned in properly from what i saw.

EDIT...... I forgot to mention that the only way it gets fixed and the dup removed is by doing a library scan but then also it will get removed from the upcoming list completely.
