Duplicated seasons in one series

Is there a way to override the detection ?
I have the same problem, the seasons are detected twice (one with the correct "Saison 1" name, the other with the full directory name).
The naming comes from the torrent I downloaded, and I can't really change it because I want to continue to seed it.

So how could I fix the detection ?
