I have a similar issue, but the solutions above did not fix my problem.
I've installed the latest stable jellyfin version on my Raspberry Pi 4 (Raspbian 11, bullseye). On my dashboard, the paths on the right also don't load (as described by others above). As far as I can tell, everything else works, but I mostly use jellyfin for music at the moment.
I did not change the transcoding path, or any other path. Playback>Transcode>Transcoding path is empty.
/var/cache/jellyfin contains: audiodb-album audiodb-artist images imagesbyname omdb transcodes. transcodes is empty. I restarted jellyfin and the device several times, as well as scanned all libraries, but the problem persists. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
