Blue Radiance - default theme. How?

No custom css is necessary. Follow these instructions to modify the web config.json file: https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/clients/web-config/

You need to remove or set the default value for the dark theme to false and add it to the entry for the theme you want to be default. Be sure that the file is correctly formatted as valid json or it will not work.

I installed the Blue Radiance theme as recommended.
But the server control panel periodically turns black.
Is there another configuration file for the server control panel?

Where to look?

I spent a few more days on this.
Unfortunately, I couldn't fix the black admin menu bug with GPT.
If anyone knows anything, please help.
