I have been having the same issue on the latest release of jellyfin (I think since the update to 10.11.2). The issue persisted on iphone, android tv , and even web browser. I tried removing plugins, tried reinstalling from scratch (after a full deletion inc service as listed here : https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-unable-to-a...ter-update), tried different browsers. While running, I observed a lot os 'service'restarts. For instance when triggering a refresh of a media folder.
In the end, the only solution for me was downgrading to 10.10.7. Via download and dpkg install. Now all clients work again. Would be happy to share log files 1 on 1 with devs to try and find a solution.
