Adding screenshots to clarify the issue.

After normal library scan when new item is added and has metadata from TinyMediaManager:

So the title, plot etc. are missing, even though TMM has provided them.

As such I have to force a metadata refresh on the TV show:

After forcing a metadata refresh (different from a library scan):
