I'm pretty new when it comes to video/audio codecs and formatting. However, after some troubleshooting I guess something about season 2 is malformed and I wasn't able to either run the correct remux with ffmpeg to fix it or it isn't easily fixed. I ended up having makemkv export season 2 with a 3rd audio track encoded as aac set it to the default track but left the original audio in as well. Annoying it is different than the others, but it fixes my issue. If anyone with more knowledge can maybe help me get to the bottom of it that would be awesome nevertheless it seems my error where it wouldn't play is resolved with this work around.
