Failed to start Jellyfin, migration issue?

Thanks for posting; I deleted the migrations.xml file as well and it fixed my issue.

I'm running Jellyfin as a TrueNAS app and Jellyfin was stuck in a loop trying to deploy; sometimes it would get to the 'Running' state but it would stop and try again. I suspect this was due to recently upgrading the Jellyfin app.
