Yes.
I had my music database with MAINFILE and 2 SUBFILES.
I moved everything from the 2 SUBFILES into my MAINFILE and deleted the SUBFILES and it had to rebuild the entire library.
I even had .NFO files enabled but it still had to build the whole thing from the ground up.
