^ Docker (Container Manager) will only run on + models of Synology NAS.
To the OP. How do you normally access any files on your NAS from the Mac? The way to handle this is map NAS folders to a Drive letter on your Mac. I enable NFS access on my video folders (Movie and TV) on my NAS. A quick google should show you how to do this on a Mac. I then map them to a drive letter (this is Win11 btw) like this from Windows Explorer:
map network movie drive to
192.168.x.xxx:/volume1\video3\Movie
map network TV drive and
192.168.x.xxx:/volume1\video3\TV
Once you can view the movie/tv folders on your mac via a mapped drive go to Jellyfin and add new library and select the mapped drive as required. e.g. Z:\
