Failed migration from 10.10.7 to 10.11.2 (20250420200000_MigrateLibraryDb)

I signed up to say I am also having this same issue, and am also a user since the beginning. I don't recall whether I migrated from Emby or started fresh, though I believe the latter as JF is on a new host from MB (IIRC), however I may have migrated data if that was possible at the time.

This is the first other instance of this error I've found online.
