libraries not displaying and books folder/library not appearing and pdf not working

I realize have a mix of 3 or 4 operating systems but the player should basically be the same across all correct? It is strange the phone player see's the book library and the folder library but none of the others do. Same log in and permissions etc.. I am baffled and am sure it probably something simple. As is why pdf are not readable..
