SOLVED: After upgrading and replacing certificate mobile apps mostly don't work, browser fine

After upgrading server and pfx security certificate, most (not all) mobile apps do not connect but web access works fine

Tried rebuilding the .pfx store a few different ways to include the ca_bundle, and every time I do and reboot Jellyfin it refuses a connection. I have to replace it with the original that only contains the local cert and key.

UPDATE: Got a working .pfx store with full chain, but still having the same issues.
