How to enable HW transcoding on the RK3588 with OpenWRT?

@nyanmisaka, thanks I installed FriendlyWRT and now Jellyfin is able to use the hardware transcoding (with Tone mapping enabled). The CPU usage dropped from 100% from all 8-cores to on average of 10%! Tested with a movie in 4K - HEVC - HDR10 with a bitrate 22100 kbps!
One last thing, is there a way to see VPU usage in real time? Similar to how htop does it?
