Always getting Fatal Playback Error

Hello, since hosting Jellyfin, there has been a few shows when I get new episodes where it will throw a fatal playback error. Every time, I would have to delete it from my "Shows" directory and re-copy it manually. Usually it is an automatic process. I have done some digging and seem to get some generic error codes. Any ideas?
