Jellyfin Old Data

My hard disk where i stored data was corrupted, so i change it, but now when i changed the library root dir it shows it only has one root.. but in the UI it shows both directories so like when you play a video it has a 50-50 percent to be from the old disk which no longer exist how do i remove the old data so it will show one the correct episodes? also oddly enough it is only in my TV folder.

also since the disk no longer works i cant use the admin profile with the UI to delete one by one so i think i need the databases.
