I had the same error as the previous user. (I had made a typo in the source address)
Trying to migrate backwards from 10.11.3 to previous version as 10.11.3 is extremely unstable on my windows setup. (Fault crashes quite randomly)
One thing to note is I did not have the library setup on the second computer. I simply wish to transfer userdata from the 10.11.3 database to the newly created 10.7 database.
It is taking about 30 seconds per "Seen", I know I have about 2000 to go through, this seems abnormally long?
