HDD issue - Media Scanning and Displaying but not Playing

Jellyfin Windows install has issues playing - but not displaying - content from one specific external hard drive.

I just actually absorbed your post lol delete all metadata and nfo. And I think reinstall. the server is looking for metadata that doesn't exist for a file that does.
