I am having a similar issue since i performed a migration from 10.10.7 to 10.11.0 this week Monday.
As soon that migration finished, plugins were all updated and running and the full library refresh (as per instructions on the blog post), I updated to 10.11.4(latest). I did not use or allowed anyone to use the instance while this process occurred.
Once this had finished i had not issues or reports of issues regards my video related libraries, however my 2 books libraries would not load (loading animation for hours). Restarted the docker container, restarted the docker server (multiple times), but no results.
Checked the logs when trying to access the library and the following is what comes up for a long while.
Effectively its seems its trying to do every single book in the library.
When i close the tab and open a new one to the instance i see errors such as:
I know the books are indexed correctly as they do show up in the home page in the newly added section.
From the evidence I have i am inferring that the issue is db and maybe IO related, but I am not sure, i have some newer SAS SSDs coming tomorrow to see if a new dedicated drive array will make a difference.
