So I now have a small list of of video files that shows closed captions with the Roku client CC's set to "off" and the JF playback CC set to "none". The exact same file played through Plex on the exact same Roku device plays perfectly fine. This list also includes 2 files where Jellyfin won't pay the audio at all.
