Deleted episodes are still on disk

After deletion of an episode the file is still on disk while on web client the episode is not available

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a missing feature.
But I think I've found the reason.

I download the episodes with an external program and get
*.info.json
*.mp4
*.nfo
*-thumb.jpg

Because the additional files don't come from Jellyfin, they are not deleted.
