To clarify, you mean your media library will not load or a software library fails. I think you mean your media library doesn't load but let's be clear.
Next step, I know you said there is nothing relevant in the logfile but might you upload it anyway and let other folks have a look at them please? But first make sure you have debugging mode turned on and have a look at the files yourself.
