I have been reviewing this Support>>Troubleshooting>>Media Scanning & Identification thread and I just have to say
that I see a lot of disappointed users posing questions/issues on this topic.
What I DON'T See are ANY Reply's or any issues being solved.
I can only surmise that Jellyfin does NOT support it's users when it comes to library media scanning and identification.
Sticking with Plex and Kodi for now, deleting ALL my Jellyfin instances
as they are apparently not currently able to properly index my Music content.
Seems to work fairly well for Video content though,
Good Luck, I hope you guys can Get It Together sometime soon and maybe then I will be tempted to give it another go.
I know, not a proper question or issue report but I see no reason for that as others are failing to find any support.
