SOLVED: transcoding

I Currently have jellyfin running on:

Proxmox 9.1.2 -> Ubuntu Server 20.04 VM -> casaos ->jellyfin
running this ymal config: see attchment Jellyfin (3).txt

But i can seem to be able to transcode any media even though nvidia-smi give me this output:
