Use this CSS, Updated & Works.
1. Go to http://<your-url>:8096/web/#/dashboard/branding
2. Paste this CSS in "Custom CSS code"
stylesheet.css (Size: 64.45 KB / Downloads: 3)
3. Go to Settings > Subtitles > Subtitle styling > Native [if by default doesn't work]
4. Adjust "Text size" & "Text weight" & "Vertical position" from Settings > Subtitles
5. This styling doesn't work for "Integrated player" of Android/Windows/Linux client, if you want to use then, Settings > Client Settings > Video player type > Web player
