Playback Error: Client not compatible

Hi,

I'm fairly new to this so apologies if I miss something.
I recently installed Jellyfin on my computer, it has access to a HDD that's connected by usb. I ran into the Playback error issue, reddit threads suggested to link directly to the ffmpeg, which I did.
It solved it for some Videos I'm trying to watch, but not all. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, maybe somebody here can help.
