6ch dolby digital acc audio is not playing in chrome,firefox etc

hey i appear to have found an issue and want to see what you all think.

i have a movie with the following info

direct streaming
html video player
http
stream type hls
direct streaming info:
video: H264 (Direct)
Audio: AAC
container webm
audio channels 6
audio sample rate 48000hz

i have tried setting the max number of streams and it wont do anything other than the movie playing without any sound at all.

any help would be appreciated
