im not entirely sure if it does or doesnt, i usually get stereo media but this file is 6ch so wasnt entirely sure what the issue was when i tried to play it and the lack of audio but it is really weird that the mobile web browsers do not face this issue.. almost like something inside windows browsers has a issue with it. (love the username btw)
